Beauty:

Taken: November 5th in Chaska, MN

I have lived in Chaska six years this coming February. This root ball is beautiful. They are the trees I usually think about when passing the shore line and school that they sit by.

Some years ago, Chaska built some walls on the shoreline to help decrease the erosion on the line, but these still stand.

Even with all the storms we have had over the years these trees still stand.

-*-*-*-*-

Things I’m thankful for.

I’m thankful for the lessons that life has taught me and continues to teach me.

I am thankful for my family, my sister and brother, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins.

I am thankful for my health. I am thankful for Mother God, Father God, and Jesus Christ.

I am thankful for Their Gifts and lessons that they have given and continue to give.

I am thankful for all the love both given and received.

I hope that everyone has had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. For those that are traveling, deployed or otherwise not at home, be safe.

Amen and Namaste

I have never met Anne McCaffrey, however I have visited her Worlds through her writting since I was in high school, her books still sit on my bookshelves from the Pern Series to the Talent to the Planet Pirates to the Powers that Be they sit.  They’ve been read many a time, been earmarked, been read again.

She was my first venture into Sci-Fi Fantasy novels, but not the last.  She lead to many others.

Rest in Peace Anne McCaffrey.

New Beginnings

Tarot Card for today: Page of Pentacles.

New ideas are like seeds, seeing certain ideas come to Blossom or Leaf, is like seeing color return to the Earth after the long Winter.

This morning I’ve been thinking of new ideas, and creative ways of implementing. From becoming more knowledgeable about my product, to increasing my activity towards my health and weight loss, to correspondence, to sharing with my parents my product line.

Mondays are beginnings, cusps for a new week. The possibilities or dread of new opportunities. But Monday is what you make of it, it can set the tone for the week, or it can be a day of brainstorming.

Just for today, do not worry.
Just for today, do not anger.
Honor Your Parents, Teachers, and Elders.
Earn your living honestly.
Show gratitude to every living thing.

Namaste
