Tarot of the Day: The Magician, The Challenge, Speaker of Truth, and The Tink: 05/10/2015:

I had only meant to do my beginning of the week 3, but Tink just demanded to be included.

This mornings Affirmation is:  I am open to every Blissful Blessings that the Universe has in store for me.

This morning’s numbers were 606,607,943,1019.

This morning’s meditation’s insight was using spirals in my upcoming art piece, as the back ground.

This morning’s tarot as mentioned above has a forth card in the form of Tink.

Faerie Glamor, Responsibility, Illusion

Tricks and illusions, the Magician can make us believe anything. Is it real? Probably Not. Does she have any real power? Who knows? If you want a bit of magic, a bit of Faerie glamor, she’ll create that illusion for you. She can make you believe that you are the most fascinating and attractive person in the World. She can make the person you are attracted to feel that way about you, too. For a while, Remember it’s all an illusion. When she walks away (and she will), she’ll take that glamor with her, and you’ll be left as you were before she came along. So it’s your choice, take her magic, use it if it helps you, but be ready to take responsibility for yourself and your actions when the glamor wears off. It’s rather like luck. It can get you into an attractive situation, but only your skill and self reliance can sustain the situation and turn it into something you can depend on.

Responsibility, Reliability? It’s all true.  The illusion whether it be Fae or you, is just that an illusion, and you can only fool yourself and others for so long, before you need to pay the piper some time.  For example today, is Mother’s Day.  Are you on speaking terms with your Mother?  Is she in her right mind?  Do you call her even when you are on the outs?  Do you send a text or email?  Do you swallow that illusion, and take responsibility for your actions and pick up the phone or hit “call” on the phone?

Self Criticism, Obstruction, Go For It

This Faerie stands before you as you set off on your journey. She bars the way and demands an answer to her challenge. She asks you to be brave. She may try to dissuade you from your task by whispering undermining thoughts in your ear. She is testing you. Don’t give in. Stand up to her, and she will gladly step aside and let you pass.

If this faerie appears in your reading, ask yourself this question: Are you up to the challenge of a new venture or are you too self critical to attempt it? The Challenge asks you to step up to the mark and do whatever is being asked of you. Don’t let self criticism get in the way. It’s important to look at yourself, your motives, and your goals in a realistic way, but don’t be tempted to listen to the voice that tells you that you’re not good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough, or talented enough to attempt the task in front of you. If you are thinking about beginning a new relationship or venture, but the voice in your head keeps whispering that you’re just not good enough to even consider it, remember that this is a challenge. You are being tested, so go for it, and you’ll be surprised at how much you can achieve.

The Challenge today could mean so many things, that run rampant in my head all the time.   There are a couple things going on this week, as I go through the transition of beginning a new position, seriously contemplating the cutting of the old, and today is Mother’s Day.   The challenge is a big or as surmountable as you make it.  Sometimes all it takes is taking the first step, to see how easy or painless it can be. Sometimes it’s the fear itself that is the challenge.  It’s the fear itself that is the illusion, and the challenge is to see through it to the Truth.

Heart of Faerie:

Trust, Acceptance, Open Heart

In Faerie, Many of the individuals we meet can be tricky. They will tell you a lie as blithely as tell you the truth; it’s in their nature. This beautiful man is the Speaker of Truth. Like Thomas the Rhyme, he cannot lie. When something needs to be told, when a question needs a truthful answer, he will always speak, going to the heart of the matter and telling you what he has found there. It may not be what you wish to hear, but it will be truthful. He can be trusted when you need someone to trust. When the Speaker of Truth appears, ask him the question you most need a truthful answer to and be willing to accept that answer. it won’t always be easy, but when he turns up, it means that somewhere within you, you are seeking the truth. So open your heart to him as he opens his heart to you and truly hear when he speaks.

Independence, Freedom of Expression, Standing your Ground;

For goodness sake, stand up for yourself! That is what Tink is telling you. She may be little, but she’s feisty, and she knows how to tell people what she needs. It’s good to be compliant and polite. It’s good to listen, empathize, and agree with others’ points of view. Most of the time. But sometimes, sometimes you’ve just got to stand up for yourself and say what you need to say; your opinion matters. It may not be right, it may not be popular, but it’s yours, and you should be able to voice it. this may be the time to allow yourself a small rant. It doesn’t have to be a screaming fit, just voicing your opinion will do. You may have something very important to say that you haven’t been able articulate yet, or you may be voicing your opinion just a little too often. stop and think about it. You’ll know which of these describes your state of being at the moment. So for goodness sake, stand up for yourself or be quiet and let some one else voice their opinion for a change.

From all these cards, it starts with the first step.  I can continue to hide my head on some issues, or I can STAND and be counted.  I can STAND and be heard.  I can STAND and be loved.  I can STAND and be ME.  But with all of them, it takes making not only that FIRST step, but continuing with the next, and the next and the next, till you are STANDING, and you are you.  In MIND, HEART, and SOUL.
